Duties: OakTree Enterprise Solutions, Inc., an IT consulting & software development services firm in Dulles, VA, has earned an excellent reputation for implementing solutions that consistently exceeds client's expectations. We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its Washington, D.C. team.We are looking to fill the postion of a Lead Network Engineer.The successful candidate will perform installation and maintenance of network hardware and software systems (LAN and WAN). This person will provide hardware and software troubleshooting and performance tuning of network hardware and applications.

Skills:

• Back-up and disaster recovery skills (1-2 years).
• Veritas a plus.
• Previous experience with configuring and managing Lotus Notes.
• Experience with management and configuring Novell NDS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eagerness to continue education and keep up with emerging technologies.
• Five years in computer-related field.

• Bachelor's (BS) degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Certified Novell Engineer 5.x, 6.x required.
• MSCE certification a plus.
• A+ certification a plus.
