David Ferguson

David Ferguson is the founder and CEO of OakTree Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Mr. Ferguson manages multiple large to mid-size enterprise management deployments and oversees the creation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and management of internal as well as third party resources. He steers OakTree Solutions's business through direct oversight of proposals and statements of work for professional service activities. Mr. Ferguson has an unwavering focus on closed-loop management process and practices, and sets the standard of exceeding customer requirements.

Mr. Ferguson has held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, Computer Associates, and Electronic Data Systems. He holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, from Duke University.






Keith Million

Keith Million is a Senior Manager at OakTree Solutions. He is responsible for building long-lasting business relationships with key federal customers and prime contractors in the federal marketplace. Mr. Million focuses on customers and prime contractors whose business requirements align with OakTree Solutions' core competencies and service offerings. Mr. Million strives for continuous outstanding service delivery through enabling large computing enterprise infrastructures to make their investment in technology an enabler for achieving their business goals.

Mr. Million began his career in 1985 at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a computer operator working the midnight shift at General Motors. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Million became Manager for Third Shift Computer Operations. Mr. Million progressed rapidly in the EDS Data Center to become Manager for Technical Support for Operations, and eventually Divisional Manager responsible for all three shifts of operations to include Production Batch Monitoring, Tape Library, and Print Center operations for the EDS Information Processing Center in Herndon, VA. Responsibilities include management of over 40 large customers Service Level Agreements (SLA) through managing of Service/Help Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Customer Relationship Management for all three shifts, 24X7X365. Successful accomplishments at EDS included Program Manager Lead for the consolidation of two GM Data Centers to the Herndon, VA, location and the Program Manager for the successful conversion of Computer Associates automation and production job scheduling to the BMC Software production job scheduling for over 40 customers.

In 1993, Mr. Million joined New Dimension Software, later acquired by BMC Software (BMC). At BMC Software, Mr. Million was the Manager for Systems Engineering, responsible for managing and supporting the Federal Technical sales team. Mr. Million progressed rapidly at BMC Software and soon started the Federal Professional Services Practice. In this role, Mr. Million achieved several accomplishments to include Program Director for successful conversion of all automation and systems management tools at 12 IRS IBM Centric Service Computing Centers from Computer Associates technology to BMC Software technology.

Mr. Million has an AAS degree in Data Processing from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing his BS degree at Business Management at the University of Phoenix. Mr. Million also holds a Certificate in IT Service Management for IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) from the Examination Institute for Information Science in Toronto, Canada.
