As the Founder and CEO of OakTree Solutions, I am very proud of how the company has grown over the past 7 years and excited over the growth and changes that will occur over the next few years. OakTree has developed into a small business leader in the space of Enterprise Systems Management and through disciplined growth we have transformed this core competency to become a fast growing provider of Information Technology services to the Federal Government.

A key component of this success has been our commitment to values, ethics, and customer service. The results of this commitment has been shown through our success in achieving repeat business and business via performance referrals.

We also extend our core values to our staff and strive to create a work environment where employees and families are treated with respect, provided quality benefits, and are pushed professionally to grow and excel. The results of this commitment has been shown through an empowered and committed work force, enthused to provide quality services and customer support for our clients. It has also provided high retention rates and has helped to spur the growth of OakTree.

Lastly, but definitely not least, our core values extend to the communities that OakTree Solutions and its staff work and live in and beyond. OakTree Solutions was founded to be a positive force for change. Change within our clients, so that they can achieve the business value from their technology and investments; Change within our staff and their families, by providing a positive work environment; and Change within the community, by leveraging our resources and talent to provide help where needed. Over the past 7 years we have been fortunate to provide support to local school systems, Hurricane Katrina victims, Tsunami survivors, HIV/AIDS Orphans in Africa, Toys for Tots, support to find a cure for Multiple Dystrophy, and more. As OakTree grows, I am very excited about the positive changes we can make in our Global Community.
