David Ferguson, CEO +

David Ferguson is the founder and CEO of OakTree Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Mr. Ferguson manages multiple large to mid-size enterprise management deployments and oversees the creation and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and management of internal as well as third party resources. He steers OakTree Solutions's business through direct oversight of proposals and statements of work for professional service activities. Mr. Ferguson has an unwavering focus on closed-loop management process and practices, and sets the standard of exceeding customer requirements.

Mr. Ferguson has held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, Computer Associates, and Electronic Data Systems. He holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, from Duke University.

Paul Kekevian, COO +

As the Chief Operating Officer for OakTree Solutions, Paul Kekevian is responsible for the co-developing and executing the strategic goals of OakTree's business development, marketing, and services organization. Mr. Kekevian also oversees the corporate operations and Technology that support the OakTree team worldwide. He is tasked with the development and management of supplier relationships and supply chain ensuring a timely and flexible response to ever-changing market needs. Mr. Kekevian's expertise in organizational management, process improvement, and statistical process control help the organization to maintain a steady management approach during high growth periods.

Prior to joining OakTree, Mr. Kekevian worked as a management and technical consultant to both the commercial and federal markets. In response to a congressional requirement to the Federal Aviation Administration, he worked to redesign the business and project management practices for FAA Air Traffic Organization engineers enabling them to reduce project costs, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery. Mr. Kekevian has also worked as both a consultant and employee for a number of Fortune 100 companies including Geico, Capital One, BAH, and others. While at Capital One, he oversaw the implementation of the first Project Management Office enabling the corporation unprecedented visibility into the portfolio of projects and giving business units more information when making decisions. As a leader in the Marketing and Analysis division, he was responsible for the market's first smart card product offering. Mr. Kekevian is a certified CMMI appraiser and has led his last three organizations through successful CMMI appraisals on their first attempts.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Kekevian has started a number of business including Access Wireless Inc. (a wireless networking company) and Onside Media (interactive educational media). His entrepreneurial spirit is a great benefit to OakTree Solutions in expanding the organizations product and service offerings and thinking beyond conventional paradigms.

Mr. Kekevian attended Salisbury University where he studied Corporate Wellness and Biology. He is a native of Syracuse, NY and can be found in the late winter months cheering on his beloved Orangemen. An avid soccer player and sports fan, he can usually be found in the gym or an open field training his kids for World Cup 2026. Mr. Kekevian is married to his wife Jamie and has two children, Isabella and PJ.

Arnold Huff, Director Business Development +

Mr. Huff is a highly motivated, results-oriented executive with a documented track record for success in commercial and government business development. As the Director of Business Development, Mr. Huff is responsible for developing public and private sector contracting opportunities for various Information Technology (IT) services. With more than 30 years experience Mr. Huff has developed and conducted training seminars on strategies and techniques for selling to key accounts and government agencies for the American Management Association (AMA). He has provided Government Sales consulting services and training to numerous corporate sales organizations that include AT&T, Hitachi Data Systems, Zenith Data Systems, Polaroid, Bell Atlantic, Quaker Oats, and Westinghouse. Mr. Huff is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist for various corporate meetings and conferences on selling IT/IS to government agencies.
